Current work:

My aim is to work on extracting insights from large, complex datasets that can be applied to ecological and governance problems studied at the HIFMB. For this purpose, I develop new data science tools based on approaches from machine learning, artificial intelligence, and Physics of Complex systems. A particular focus will be on the analysis of long-term monitoring time-series of marine organisms.
